Extended Recorder Not Working:::psiloc Help

I have downloaded the tryout of the "Extend Recorder" Psiloc Software and installed it in my NOKIA 3230 but it's not working, it says something like feature not supported.... Anyone can help please. I really want to purchase this software but I need to evaluate it first... Thanks
