I bought a Jabra BT800 last week, too solve the lack of vibra in the 9500. However, now I've got a problem. The headset doesn't vibrate either.
Both on the 9500 and 7710 the Jabra didn't vibrate, vibrating only worked with the SE P900 (which means the settings on the headset were ok). Anyone else got the same problem? I have firmware version 28 on the headset.

I use a 9500 and I bought my BT800 two months ago.
It worked right immediately. and the firmware number was 0032.
Now, you can go to Jabra website and upgrade to version 0034, which I did,
but only to find out that this "fatter" OS eats a lot of energy - BT800 has to be recharged every night - and the device now takes about 8 seconds to shut down -with version 32, it was 2-3 seconds. As far as it goes, I'm not pleased with it, but not really affected.
