Backuping data before hardreset? HELP!!!

Hello everyone

PROBLEM:
"Phone startup failed" becouse I am out of memory in my 7650. What to do? My ppone has problem to show NOKIA sign, and I hav real problem to do anything. It takes app. 20 minutes to complete the circle (that means presing all the OK buttons when it shows "Memory is full"!!!

SOLUTION:
the one is the easiest = Hardreset *#7370#, but I need data. I NEED IT! On my 7650 are pics, mails, numbers.... I trusted my telephone and it let me down. I realy need my data. In it I have also my very needed job contacts and so on....

HELP:
I know the solution is the service suport. But I need data before monday. Is it possible to delete just parts of data in my 7650. For exaple: I have also a lot of voice records. Can I delete just them? Or just empy ma E-mail box, or not sended e-mails.....

PLEASE:
Please help. In monday I have to have also the pics of my latest work to show them to my boss..... Nokia 7650 realy disapointed me. I mean such company like NOKIA should not have worse mistakes like Microsotf (If winows crash, in worst case you lost just a few data, NOT ALL!!!!!!) Help.

I wish i could help you!

I know the situation your in, it's really hard.

But to my knowledge, there's two solutions, both result in data loss! Either the NSC, or the code.

I really wanna help you man, maybe you could phone the NSC and ask them? Maybe they have something of use..

Thanx for replay.

I realy wish that someone warn me before, but this is the first time I fully fill the memory. I was very satisfied with the 7650, but now, ... I dont write something whta isnt true, but just becouse of that mistake or problem I could have serious problems at work. And who will belive me, that is not my fault? Probably no one. A lot of people don even know that telefones are transforming into computers and comupters are unstable....

AHH! THanx to my big imagination, now i even feel bad 😞

You can't get in that trouble and not defend yourself or something, well you did'nt know, its not your fault. But there has to be a solution! I had problems with losing data before, but i got a recovery software and i got lost data back, can't this happen with the 7650's memory? :-? (somehow, proffesionally)
