battery problems

I have an n-gage qd and suddenly my battery won't charge. I connect it to the charger and nothing happens!! What to do!!!

1st, what is the latest thing u've done with ur phone ?
2nd, have u try to bring out the battery for a while & try it again?
3rd, have u try to charge the phone w/o MMC?
4th, have u try to use another phone with ur battery and ur phone with another battery (remember, with the same model off course).
