help me! i couldnt connect to my GPRS! because it always not available! what i am going to do!?

1st: Check that you have your operator's GPRS Internet, WAP and MMS access point settings on your phone (and if not, get them from, e.g., your operator's web site or their customer service).

2nd: Call your operator's customer service and verify you have the rights to use packet data (GPRS) services.
