my phone has had alotta problems in teh past week or so and im sending it back to middle east for teh warranty to fix it. However, i have almost 530 contacts and i really need to have a copy of them just in case i dont get the same phone back!
when i use the "backup" option in teh PC SUITE and click next... it goes to a page with no items being listed to be backed up and an error message pops up that says " Backup definition could not be read from the phone. the current task could not be completed"... i dont knwo how to fic that... i open the contacts with the software and i tried copy pasting them somewhere... but it doenst work 😞
i found the contacts file in my PC but i cant pne the file! i dont know what else to do...
i think i hav e1 day to figure this out before i send it off
please help, anything would be much appriciated!
