When I want to film I enter the camera>video. And that it sais: "Memory full.Close some aplications ad try again". And when I try to enter on wap it sais: "Web:Unable to perform operation". What should I do? Is my phone infected with viruses?

Get Fexplorer and try compressing memory.
Hold the menu button, close all other applications.

Reboot phone.

Try again with the camera. If it doesn't work, format the phone.

I had the same problem, were you installing ngage games on it?

open FExplorer, select mmc > system > libs delete the files in there
if you keep getting the same error reformat your mmc

I got the same error when i tried to put the bluetoothe on.

I just did a reboot and things were fine.
There are a lot of programs which we install, some of them have background processes which keep on running even if we remove the application. To terminate these apps we have to do a reboot.

😊

I had this problem and found the solution....the hard way!

Press and hold the menu button; a list of 'open' apps will show down the left of the screen. Select them one by one and close them completely/properly, there should then be enough free memory.

If the above doesn't totally fix the problem then also turn off the phone, remove the battery, wait a few moments and then put it back together. Bingo!!

This was also the solution when I couldn't properly/totally delete some other apps & downloads I didn't want anymore.
