You must use [GPRS] Internet Access Point (IAP) settings to use Agile.
Hutchison ('3'😉, from what I've heard, does not in all countries allow full Internet access from their network, so you may never get it to work unless they change their policy on that.
So, best to call your country's customer services for them and ask if you have full Internet access, and if you do, that you have the correct settings on your phone.
