i just bought a ngage classic..
i copied Fexplorer to my mmc, under F:/systems/apps. but i couldnt find it as all under tools-manager.
also whenever i took out the batt, need to reset the clock and date. i read its due to the cpu batt dead oredi. how can i repair this problem?

Actually is not F:\System\apps, but E:\FExplorerXXX.SIS. (just under drive E: )
Have u try to set the 'Auto Time Update =ON/OFF' (menu + settings + date & time settings).
I think not also the CPU battery caused ur problem, maybe the corrupted ICs or anything else. NSC is the only way for the ur problem AFAIK due of the expensive tools (Flasher tools, etc) and skill of course :wink:
oh no now i got a new problem ,,,, i cant do a hard reset by using *#7370# cos the phonelock is corrupted,
whenever i try to do a hard reset it prompts me for the phonelock but it always shows me wrong code. after 5 tries, it says "lock code entered incorrectly 5 times, lock will unblock in 5 min" this cycle repeats everytime.
anyone can help me ? thanx in advance
If the default lock code 12345 doesn't work (you or someone has changed it), then only your nearest Nokia service/repair center can reset it.
