Without having PC Suite in front of me it's hard to walk you through the settings of PC Suite but you need to look at the setting of sync. It gives you the option to choose to sync contacts, calender and notes. You need to make sure that all boxes are ticked.
(The settings for pc suite snyc can be accessed by right clicking on the snyc symbol and choosing settings).
Hope this helps,
...done all this, but the calendar doesn't sync...boxes are checked...

Next you need to look at the advanced settings and tell it to either send the data from phone to outlook and vice versa. Also gives you the option to overide data from one of the sources.
...again...done this...hence the other items sync, just not the calendar/to do...bizarre!!!

Have you tried amended the setting of PC Suite on your phone?
If not try this.
Go to Menu, Connectivity, Sync, PC Suite, Edit sync profile, go right once. Ensure all boxes say yes?
I would imagine that this should mirror the settings of pc suite on your pc, if it doesnt that's where your problem is.
...still nothing!!!
...arrghhhh...
I'm out of idea's then till i get home tomorrow and replicate the problem.
Are you using outlook to sync your phone too?
Where did the orignal calendar items come from? Another phone? Created in Outlook?
Have you tried to create a totally new entry on either your phone or outlook and then sync the two?
Reason for saying is that the N70 might not support some of the functions that older nokia's used to, i.e. Birthday entrys etc.
Check out the Nokia Forum on Nokia's Website...
Do a search on "Synchronising".
I found my anserws on there...
There was also a DLL file that you need to put on your PC.
From memory, it's a pain in the A*se, but it worked!
You need to save your Outlook Contacts as a .csv file.... delete all contacts off the PC.
Delete contacts off the phone.
Reboot the phone, import your .csv file into Outlook
Make sure you have asked for at least one year in advance and one year in the past on Nokia PC Suite settings for Calendar.
Then Sync.... it should work! It did for me!
...couln't find anything there...could you give a link?

...so I created a new appointment on the phone and that sync'ed fine...deleted it in Outlook and sync'ed - deleted from phone no problem...created new appointment in Outlook and sync'ed - nothing appears on the phone...

...any ideas?

Theres a few discussions on this. I haven't got time to read them all to find the one I used, but the first look looks like it might help....
Failing that, read through all of the threads on this link.

Good luck!
...fixed...thanks for you help guys!!! Not quite sure what I did other than downloading the latest (6.7) PC Suite and rebooted the phone a few times...

Is your Outlook getting data from an Exchange 2000 server? In that case make sure you are using the latest version of PCSuite. I had the same problem with PCSuite 6.5 but the problem was fixed in PCSuite 6.6.

edit: I had not seen your last message.... I suppose you were using PCSuite 6.5 which had this problem.
