TomTom N70 - everything you need

This may seem a bit ignorant, but

Am I right in thinking that if I have:

- Nokia N70 (got)
- TomTom 5 software (got)
- TomTom map and voice files
- Bluetooth GPS Reciever - around 50?!

Then I should have a fully functioning Navigation system for my car?! And there's zero ongoing cost to pay for GPS services / data charges on mobile etc?!

Almost correct.

Theres a problem with TomTom Mobile and the N70 working with each other.

Close, but no cigar.

thanks,

so using a GPS reciever i dont have to pay anything to use nav system on my phone? its all in set-up cost?

If you want the traffic reports and other information services, you will need to pay TomTom to access them, and also pay for GPRS data charges to your network when you use the service. These services are optional extras though, not compulsory.

If you want FREE monthly speed camera database updates, go to http://www.pocketgps.co.uk/
