Hi there,
The Nokia 9500 is indeed a smart phone, I use it all around my job. The only thing I mis so much is a VOIP functionality. Can somebody tell me if there is a programm on the market? If not, who like to develop a VOIP functionality for this great phone? Tell me your price and conditions
Kind regards, Ed van den Enden:icon14:

Hi everyone, I live in Canada and I an interested in business of VOIP calling cards. There are lots of VOIP calling card systems in Canada. So I'm planning to start a calling card business, please advice how to establish a network. Unless please give me the links to find it. I dont have more knowledge about this. I need help. How can I establish a VOIP calling card business? Thank you in advance.
See this link...I haven't pursued the matter any further, but apparently a couple of years back there was a product introduced for the 9500:

I went to the current Blarablu site and searched their user's forum.
They used to support the 9500 and 9300i, *BUT* in 2007 dropped support for the Communicator line because "it lacked support for full-duplex which is required to go beyond the 'push-to-talk' method of their earlier version.
They do have support for a lot of new Nokia devices including the E90.
Oh well...
Since my DVR's HDD died (losing about 26 hrs of video! 😡 ) I had some time to continue looking for a VOIP product for the 9300i/9500.
This appears to be a Java-enabled product which does Instant Messaging & VOIP through a service called EQO:

Since I only have a 9300 (no WiFi), I cannot try it out.
If anyone has tried it or is willing to try it, please post a review for our benefit.
