I am new here. I was trying to find some answers and found this site. Am glad to be here 😊
I have a 5-month old 6680. Yesterday evening, the C button came off. Followed by the End Call button. The Dictionary button looks like it's gonna be next.
There is no help from Nokia Centre (notice I have omitted the word Care).
I conclude that to them the price of customer satisfaction is very small - just a couple of key pad buttons. 😡
Neway, enough binging 😊
I wanted to find out if I can just glue them back on. And so I tried to open the phone up only to realise that it is not as simple as my dear old 8310!!
I found a thread here lnking to some pictures which made me decide, "nope, no opening anything up!" 😃
So I thought if any of you could let me know if I can just glue these 2 keys back on. Wish I could take a picture but the only camera i have is my phone!
But if a picture is really needed -- I will try.
