ID3 Tags not working on N70

I'm having issues with my N70 (supplied by 3 Australia) not recognising artist and album information associated with music files.

Background: I've ripped my music using Apple iTunes and it's in .m4a format. Obviously iTunes displays the information correctly, however I've tried other programs like MP3Tag (http://www.mp3tag.de/en/) which all recognise the information associated with the music file.

If I copy the music to the phone using Windows Explorer, or indeed using the supplied Nokia music transfer application, the music plays fine but none of the ID3 tag information is recognised by the phone.

Any ideas?

Yes I've had this happen too, although not with all files. Still trying to get my head round it (sorry no solution). However I think it might have something to do with the difference between version 1 and version 2 id3 tags.
