Whilst trying to update to the latest firmware for my Sendo X my battery must have been drained (I completely underestimated how full the battery needed to be!) and now my handset is completely stuck in download mode. It seems to turn itself on and off completely of its own accord, but only into download mode. I've tried removing the battery, basic rebooting etc and I'm completely at a loss! Please - is there somebody out there who can help me?

Sorry, but I can't understand your problem, if your sendo can boot in download mode you can try to re-flash it. Don't you?
When your phone reboots into download mode, can you then start to re-flash the phone?
If not, what error messages get displayed?
Try holding down the * key as you reboot the phone. This will "force" it back into flash mode, which may help if you're seeing errors when trying to reflash.
You may contact a friend who has also a Sendo X. Recharge your battery with that one and then try to reflash the phone. This should work.
