Anyone know a website where i can install or upgrade the firmware for my 6680 to make it 3G Australia compatible i.e. I want it to get the "MY 3" icon or shortcut that the nokia 3G phones have in Australia.

I don't know what a "MY 3" icon is, but the phone is 3G "compatible" as-is. However, if you want a specific operator's (like Huthchison/'3'/Three, which "MY 3" might allude to) customization/software, then you need their specific software (firmware) variant.
Firmware is not user-installable, or even generally available, so a Nokia authorized service/repair center can do it (if they have the operator specific version of the software; it might only be available for phones which had it originally at the factory).
If it is only specific applications, the operator might offer them as separate installation files, too, for "unbranded" phones. You have to call and ask the operator in question (if it isn't obvious from their web site).
What is interesting is that usually people on these forums want operator branding/customization off their phone and not on it. 😉
