P900 Synchronising Problem

Hi
I have just replaced my laptop and reloaded the updated sync software for the p900 it now comes up with a error message saying there is no default mail server, when I check this out every thing is fine, it also keeps doubling up my contacts and won't sync my diary, Can any one help.

You'll have to configure Outlook to be the default email application in Windows. Then use the sync software settings to select the synch locations correctly. If you have a firewall, allow the sync software to bypass it. If you are using F-Secure Internet Security, disable Parental control and Spam components totally.

Thanks for the help unfortunatly I have tried this and checked to make sure outlook is my default email server and it appears to be all OK, I only have the XP firewall and have allowed the sync software to bypass it, if you have any further advise I would appreciate any help, Thanks
