6630 problem help me please

It doesn't blink, it's a sensor

thanks dear.. but can you till me that what kind of sensor is this? and why it having a light inside it.. and if this is not a light then why it's visible

It is an ambient light sensor to detect whether the phone is in the dark or light conditions & adjust the keypad/backlight accordingly.

the problem is .. that there is a small light indicator above the screen
that light is not blinking or not working.. i dont know why .. can you guys help me that how to make that light blink..i ll be thankfull.
