Unable to open image

Hi,

I'm getting the "Unable to open image" error while opening 2 images (which earlier opened fine). The firmware is 4.0526.2.
I understand the images might've got corrupt :frown: but how does it happen and how it can be avoided?
Any expert comments plz..

Are u opening the image with PC (the fine image)? If yes then I'm also getting that problem (fine with PC but error on phone). I've no idea. Maybe other members can help?

No, I'm opening it in the phone itself. I tried opening with FExplorer, sending thru MMS, Bluetooth, IR...all in vain. Thru PC suite also it is not able to copy the file..says some error.
