I think Nokia shut down the Visual Radio service a couple of years ago, so I suspect that whaever the IDs were, doesn't matter much any longer.

Nokia has stopped the Visual Radio service everywhere, as far as I know. Even when it still existed, I don't know if they managed to enlist any radio stations in India, but it doesn't matter now. Just use regular FM radio, or some internet radio service.
