Whenever I try to access open the GPRS I cannot, I get app. closed browser.
All my GPRS settings are good and I also tried restarting the phone without the MMC. I also tried clearing the cache. But still I cannot make that error go!:frown:
Does someone have had a similar (same) problem? please please help!

yo bro...i dont think is problem with yr phone..
call yrs own GPRS or line station and ask for detail help...
Make a backup of the phone (with PC Suite or to the memory card) first, or if you can part with your data on the phone (messages, contacts) & try reformatting the phone by dialing *#7370# (you will be asked for your phone's lock code, which by default is 12345, if you haven't changed it). Do it with a full battery or the phone connected to the charger (you don't want the operation interrupted mid-way due to power loss).
If reformatting doesn't help, take/send the phone to your nearest authorized Nokia service/repair center.
ok.. so,
I checked with the providers they say everythings fine with my connection...
if its a problem with my phone, then is there no other option than reformatting?
I gont want to reformat! Please god noooo! 😮
I have the same problem. When ever i start the in built browser, it says app error and quits. The same happens to MMS and insert name in SMS also.
I am not sure its safe to format the system. So i am using an alternative Browser - Doris browser to see http content.
If you have a solution, let me know

this code is useless for n-gage phones... it's just like restoring the default factory settings and doen's deletes the contacts, messages...etc... try reformatting the phone by flashing.. i think this will surely work... 😊
The *#7370# code reformats my original N-Gage and 3650 just fine & completely (it doesn't have the latest firmware, so maybe the behaviour has changed in an update).
