Ok, I have found a few so perhaps we should start listing them, see which have been fixed in what firmware.
List your bugs, only bugs with the OS and preinstalled apps, not third party applications. Give the firmware version of your phone when posting. Feel free to try to re-create bugs on other firmware versions, let us know if it is fixed or you find a work-around.
I'll start off, version 2.0539.1.2:
In the SMS sent messages folder, SMS's created from new are stored First Name - Last Name, messages sent as replies are stored Last Name - First Name. Weird.
The phone resets, at random while you are in the middle of using it.

This is a known "symptom/feature" of Symbian OS and is correctable with software, so this is not an n70 bug.

I have an unbranded factory unlocked n70 and do not have any such problems, and I run it into the ground every day.

Once you have upgraded your Firmware to V 3.xxxx your bug list might be useful. It's probably not worth compiling a list of bugs for V 2.xxxx now...

i think thats a vodafone firmware version thing only complaints about the ringtone being slow on this forum are from vodafone users. try upgrading ur firmware

WHy make a bug list? wehn a bug accure like it restes every now and then just call the company you bought it from and say it isnt working properly, fix it.
Atleast in sweden we have 2 years costumer warenty.

You obviously haven't experienced Orange Customer Support, kimy.
Or 3 customer support, "firmware bugs are not our problem".
Or Nokia customer support. Premium rate numbers, "Dear Mr 'insert name here' we are sorry you are having problems with your 'insert phone model here'" replies from emails, having to travel miles to nearest service centre.

Well i cant speak up for the orange tech support but 3 and nokia i can, Both are so fucking bad, mainly the dont understand my questions and dont have any real knowladge of the phone and its functions. But im sending my phone back to 3 to get a new one just hope it still buggs when they test it.
Some timps on how you get your phone repaird or get a new phone:
1. Dont be so specific about the problem just say "It isnt working propper, it hangs laggs freezes for 10-15sec and is over all unusable, and sometimes it just restats.
2. zap it! put a low voltage cable in the sim connectors like a dc 12v or something, Tho this might be discoverd by the people who test the phone when you sent it to the company and you stay there with nothing but a long contract to pay.
3. Call them several times a day go to the store where you bought it and complain like hell even yell if you have to.
If nothing of this works i sugest you warn them once about going to the "alm�na reklamations n�mnden" thats what it is called in sweden it is like an agency working for the poeple who buy stuff and help them get their money back if a product you bought isnt working propperly.
