When I got my P800, I had heaps of problems with the device resetting itself etc, and I googled to find the access to the service menu (the up,*,down thing). I got easily to the menu, formatted the device and it has worked great ever since.
Now, I'm selling the device forward and wanted to format the device, but to my surprise none of the jog-dial secret codes work. It recognizes the right sequence, but then just wipes the screen and returns to the usual menu. I can't hard reboot either because I haven't got the right pin.
It's driving me mad. Help me out here :redface:
