Hello
My phone:the same problem.
Any solutions(software upgrade) or something?

I had'nt come across anyone with an Earpiece problem on 7650. Or did u mean the Handsfree speaker Volume? That ofcourse is a known issue.

I certainly did have this funny problem that, it infact, sounds low even if it moves a little. I mean, it needs rather precise positioning over the ear. But one gets used to it fast and is hardly noticeable. I have had 4 different handsets (7650) and they all sound fine. Vol setting of about midway to max is ok for even outdoors.

I droped my earpiece handsfree and also steped on it and one of the earpiece was destroyed. I had another handsfree (siemens sl45 very similar looks) and I changed the broken earpiece. Guess... It sounds louder than the other original earpiece. I think I will change and the other one.

It is so strange to know couple of users have problem with their earpiece. I don't have problem with mine. :P

dear friends,
i reported that 7650 does not have a pure voice as 8310 while you are using the earpiece. 7650 has a poor earpiece sound quality, but this phone is so effective and that worths to buy.

of course. 😃

In my opinion, the 7650's earpiece volume was fantastic! I used the stero speakers from the 8310 and the quality was great. 😊
