the headphone connected indicator always stays on. i did a soft reset first and then a hard reset which formatted my phone, but the indicator always stays on, saying that headphones are connected, even when they are not. now this basically renders my phone unusable, because i have to use the headset to talk/listen to music or anything involving the speaker/mic.
