I can't recive calls when I use the mp3 player and the headset. Is it normal?!
What I was expecting is that playback is paused and I could recive the call via headset...

Which firmware version are you using? There have been numerous fixes for the MP3 player problem in the latest firmware, which is available from the Sendo Smartphones website.
The firmware may not be the latest version, I'll update it as soon as the download section on Sendo Smartphones website is available (the link to the Software Downloads section is broken at the moment)
Is there some description of SPN codes besides the "Sendo X SPN Matrix" on the Sendo Smartphones. Mine (8Y0H-00000-00001) is none of the listed there and I'm unsure which firmware version should I use.

Sorry about that - the downloads section of the Sendo Smartphones website is now fixed.
I have installed the new expander firmware, but the problem remains 😞 Only the system runs a bit faster.
Some other ideas? maybe something with settings? but I use defaults, which should normaly work.
I've been experiencing this problem since the day I've updated my phone to the latest firmware.
Asked for help at the time but aparently nobody found a solution for this problem.
