hi
I've had my N70 for a couple of day's. I've been using a dual voltage kingston mmc 512mb card. Now after down loading a few things onto it it the phone say's it's corrupted and crashs every time I try to formatt it.
I've formatted it on my PC,but the phone still says it's corrupted.
I want this card so I can install tomtom. Am I better off with a different make or is this just one of those things. Should I replace or get a refund and try a different one.

Another Kingston user here....

Having the same sort of problem, I would advise getting a refund and getting another card. AData seems to be recommended by quite a few users on the forum.

I have problems transfering data to mine, also my card reader does not work with my Kingston card. I have reverted back to my original 64mb Nokia card.

One thing i did notice is that Nokia are due to release both 512mb and a 1gb card in the very near future, I'm waiting for them till i replace my Kingston.

P.S Welcome to the forum

Only a sample of one (and Im probably tempting fate here 😃) but Ive had a 1Gb Kingston in my N70 for over a week and so far so good, not really given it loads of abuse but been transferring and playing MP3s off it a fair bit.
