cant create new multimedia message

hi all,

im having a wierd problem with my 7610 where i cant create new multimedia messages, when i try to open the application, it just does nothing.

normal sms messages work, and so do emails, but not the multimedia option. i have also tried to send images via multimedia (pxt) but that doesnt work in any option either.

im thinking a trip to the nokia store to get it flashed may be the only option, but if anyone has seen this problem, assistance would be appreciated?

Does it work without a memory card inserted?

If you can reformat the phone, does it work after that?

i had the same problem but after hardformating the phone it now works!! type *#7370# and the phone will start format it self and then restart.. just save all contacts/programs to MMC because it will fully format phone.. All stuff saved in MMC will be saved.. it worked fine for me 😊
