Help me...birthday crisis

My dad has bought me a great nokia n70 for my birthday but he bought it for me on the 3 network when I'm on o2, (he doesn't know much about phones)
I would really love it if someone could tell me where I can get it unlocked because apparently the software is not yet available. I really hope someone can tell me otherwise. Also if I get it unlocked will it ruin the bluetooth? help! thanx x

Unlocking will no ruin Bluetooth. Call the '3' customer service and ask what it takes to unlock it.

Thank you.
But will 3 be allowed to do that as they're giving advise to a person that has no intention of giving them any money 😊

'3' may charge for the unlocking (if the phone was sold discounted with the intent of getting the difference/loss in the phone price back through contract charges, which you're not going to do, if you want to use it on a different network).

Other options:
- Switch to using '3'
- Return the phone for a refund or sell it & buy a free/retail one (or one locked to an operator you're going to use)

3 will definitely charge for unlocking, and at the moment only operators will unlock phones.
