i'd just like to ask if the psiloc irRemote is accesible in my 3230 fone? I installed it many times to try that application still its not working...

One good reason for that app not working on your phone is because your phone does not have any infrared/IrDA hardware at all. 😉

Probably u have not downloaded the equipment (for which remote control is to function) "lirc" file. If you have, u have to import the functions in the lirc file i.e when u install lirc file, Irremote will automatically recognise it. Then u have to import all the fuctions. Once u have downloaded all the functions, the remote will work. Just point the Infrared point towards the equipment within 1m approx.
