Hide Crossed Out Entries?

Hello,

On my good old Psion you could select an option to hide crossed out entries in a ToDo list. I do not seem to be able to find the same functionality on the 9500. Anybody know if this is possible?

Cheers

Hi,

I believe you can't with the built in calendar. If you don't mind adding (read buying) software, you might give PowerDay by Symbianware a try. That's what I'm using and I like it. I just wish that they address a few things but the app is stuck at ver.1.0 ever since it was released. I believe their PowerDesk does the same and more too, since it has the functionality of PowerDay built in.

I've been chatting about this with a friend and one of the things we came to the conclusion of was the inbuilt PIM of the 9500 is not as advanced as the Agenda app that came with the Psion 5MX or even the Series3. Which is a shame considering this is where it all came from for Symbian. On the whole Calendar does what is required but it is the flexibility and configuration of the display and sorting options of entries that let it down.

So the question now is: Can you run the Psion Agenda app on the 9500. Is there a port or emulator that could do this?

Any ideas?

I emailed the makers of Powerdesk suggesting they write a port of Psion Agenda many months ago. They wrote back saying they were working on something along those lines but I've not seen any sign of it since, unfortunately.

I now use AquaCalendar which is much Better than Powerday/Powerdesk in my opinion.
