Found virus in .sis! ThunderHawk_free.sis

Friends,

the following file: ThunderHawk_free.sis carrys the following virus:

Scan type: Realtime Protection Scan
Event: Virus Found!
Virus name: SymbOS.Commwarrior.C
File: C:\Documents and Settings\p000494\Application Data\Toshiba\tosOBEX\temp\TMP_OBEX_FILE1_1_5262296.tmp
Location: Quarantine
Computer: GLD47369
User: p000494
Action taken: Clean failed : Quarantine succeeded : Access denied
Date found: Sun Jan 15 12:52:39 2006

So when you receive this file don;t open it! I found it on a yahoo group.

Can somebody please help me? I can not install a virus scanner althaugh
i have reset my 3230 with 7370 and i formatted my mms.

Is there a way o reset it even harder?? Because i thaught 7370 is only
for resetting settings, i need to reset it with only the ROM files on it.

PS nokia 3230 sucks big time

  • no vibration in silent mode
  • annoiing beep
  • sounds hush when turnd light on
  • no memory card message capabilty
  • i cannot set the up and down, right and left selections key the way i want it

Hard reset? Much to do with it. Why don't use a tool like CalvinStinger (free tools)? or any mobile antivirus app.?

How about not installing stolen/cracked software in the first place?

If in addition to that you do not install unsolicited apps sent to you via Bluetooth, MMS, in email or otherwise, you can avoid all malicious software, the trouble they create with data loss, device reformatting, other extra expenses, and you don't then also have a need for any antivirus apps, either.
