My phone does not read its memory card since i have formatt my phone...

memory card problem
Was the card password protected & you forgot to remove the password before you formatted the phone?
Just guessing here. But if you had a password set (or if you used remote locking), you might want to remove it to recognize the card again. It's worth a try by going to:
Office folder/ file manager/ menu/ memory card/ security/ remove password

i tried as you said.... 😞 but the link for remove password is hidden....
When i did format the phone i took out the card from phone....
what should i do....

Sorry to hear that it didn't work. I don't have anything off the top of my head. However, may I suggest that you take a look at the following thread:
did you format ur card in a card reader? if u have a card reader try reformating it again and in the file system choose only FAT not FAT32 coz 9500 cannot recognize cards formated in FAT32 file system. hope this solve your problem.😊
