Screeching sound when receiving a call?

Hello,

I have a strange, random bug: when I receive a call, sometimes, the phone will emit a loud screeching noise when it's on Silent Mode. I'll try to upload a video later.

Any ideas? This is really bugging me off, and the nearest Care Center is 40 Km away from home, and I don't have a car... And I can't live without a cell phone for 3 weeks or so for RMA. I hope it's a firmware issue.

Maybe yes and maybe not. But, most problem with ur firmware is about Silent Mode. Just try to upgrade it 😊
