On receiving a call (not wearing my glasses) I pressed start button but probably pressed 'options' as well and put call on hold. I tried to retrieve call but probably pressed another button.....end result is that the microphone no longer works on the phone (can't even make a recording on 'extras'😉. There are no icons to indicate phone is muted. Does anyone know how to fix the problem?

Fixed my own problem by going to NokiaCare engineer who changed microphone and installed latest software! Phone now works like new
