Hey, all. First post here. I just bought my 6682 about 10 days ago on the Cingular network. Here is my problem. I can send MMS messages, but I can't actually receive them. When someone sends a picture to me, I don't see the actual picture. Instead, I receive a link to www.cingular.com/inbox along with an access code to view the picture online. I've gone through and double checked the MMS settings to make sure they're correct, and they are. Any idea what the problem is? All help is greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the site and congrats on your first posting.
Sounds like your operator's servers do not know that you are able to receive MMS. Most operators set up things automatically, when you order MMS settings from them, or when you send your first MMS. Some operators systems require it to be manually enabled for each user by customer service.
I don't know if Cingular is of the latter kind but, cal their help desk and ask them about it.

They know that there is a problem, and they've been looking into it for over a week now. I didn't know if there were settings on the phone that I could adjust myself to fix this problem.
