9300 Languages variants

I'm looking to buy a 9300 for use in the US. Need 850 band for much of my travels. Looking on ebay see that some say "manual may be in Spanish". Is there a different Spanish vs. English phone? If so, if I get a Spanish one can all the apps be converted to English and are there any keypad differences? I've posed this to the sellers and I get unclear answers.
Thanks.

I dont know if there are many spanish versions. The one in use in Spain is delivered with Spanish-Portuguese- English UK languages.
Now, the keyboard is specific for Spain and has a few differences that apply for its use with the spanish language, no big trouble, you can deal with these in english. I run apps and write text in other languages with no problem. Problem is, say, if you had a french keyboard and have a US firmware because the keyboard can't be configured and when you enter text based on your keyboard the firmware will use the letter encoded in the Software assuming that your keyboard is the rigth one (ASERTY and QWERTY and other peculiar country specific keyboard layouts). So, no problem to use one of the languages that come originally with the phone and some trouble if you change the firmware...
