Well it has taken me 6 months, but I have finally got a full refund for my useless X 😊..
I took out Pixmania's Zen Warrantee wich says they would refund me total cost of phone if there is a proplem within the manufacturers warrantee, of course from those who remember I had countless inherant faults and so I aksed for a full refund (they just give vouchers to purchase something else from their site).
But Pix told me that the faults were all due to neglegt and they wouldn't refund me...this was in August 05, at least 1 month after sendo closed, so they were just trying to get out of refunding me because they would not get a refund.
In the end I had to resort to taking them to court, and of course as soon as they received the court summons they said they had made a mistake, apologised and said that they would send the vouchers for �289, well I was suing them for a cash refund to the value of �350 (cost of phone, Zen warrantee and court costs), they agreed to this amount after I told them that the court proceedings would not stop untill I received the full amount, in cash in my bank acount.
one up for us little guys 😊...
Now I can go buy a proper phone.
