First of all: your order is dated: 19.11.2002, 00:49.
Now is 20.11.2002, 22:13.

It's NOT 48 hours. NOT now and NOT at the time of your post.

Secondly: we have been trying to deliver the codes to you since today morning, but your account keeps telling us that it is FULL (over quota). This is quite usual for HOTMAIL accounts, filled with all kinds of spam. Maybe you should consider using some HIGHER QUALITY account and not free (and bad) service?

We keep trying and you will receive your codes as soon as your email account has enough space to receive the message.

Next time please check the exact time of your order before saying that it is over 48 hours while it is NOT. And, please, send your complaints TO THE SHOP and not anywhere else. Also consider using some quality email account and not hotmail.

All applications ordered by that customer were shareware. They require registration codes, generated using specific IMEI number BY THE DEVELOPER. Such codes are sent by email. Customer cannot immediatelly download them from somewhere for OBVIOUS REASONS.

ALL ON-LINE SHOPS act this way. Try purchasing some shareware application requiring a reg code on Handango and in most cases you'll see a message that the code will be sent to you via email by the developer within 48 hours.

The shop is responsible for generating and sending the code on time, but not for quality and correct operation of customer's mailbox (just because we have NO influence on it).

We did our best to deliver the codes to him on time. And if we fail to deliver them within agreed time, the customer will be contacted by phone or any other possible way. Now we simply keep on trying to send them via email because we are still within the time-limit.

This case is an exception caused by problems with customer's email account, which is not our fault.

I can say you one thing: My-Symbian.com shop exists for over a year. We have thousands of customers. If you see ONE client having a problem with his order (and only because of his email account) since ever, then that's the best proof of our quality.

Yeah just to add my thoughts... honestly the place to complain about this thing would be direct to the shop not here. You should count yourself very lucky that they took the time to read your complaint here.

My-Symbian.com have excellent customer servce (on a much more personal level that other shops), and I really dont like to see people complaining about them. The original posts smacks of trying to dirty the good name of My-Symbian to me.

Well, you know, I just think that it is better to reply in detail to such posts and explain than leave them unanswered. Additionally, it was a good way to contact the customer while we were unable to contact him by email 😊
