2 call related issues

Hi all
On Series 60:
I look for information about 2 issues :

1) how can hide the dialling box or controll the text written in it (after I initiated a call).
The thing is that I don't want the user to see the number I dial ,
but I also want to keep my app in the background and not force it to go to the foreground.
Any ideas ?

2) I want to delete an outgoing call entry from the outgoing call log , Please refer me to relevant info which I can use in order to do this .

Thank you very much 😊

Sounds like you want to write an app that most people wouldn't like to have running on their phones.

That I asked you for your opinion about my app.
I think that it is very rude of you to reply as you did.

Anyway I can asure you ,
that the user who will use this app , will know that the call number will be hidden .

Whether you like it or not, I still think most people wouldn't want to have/run an app that calls numbers they don't know.

Your app might not be developed with malicious intent, but someone else's might be.

Your app might also be hacked by a malicious app to call someplace you didn't intend it to be calling. If you succeed in doing what you want, you should also put in place measures that protect your app's users from threats like that.

The PC world is already full of trojans/malicious diallers. I'd hate to see that happen on mobile phones, too.

Note also that the phone user could always call the phone company and ask where he's been calling and get the number that way (if it isn't automatically on the phone bill anyway), so why even bother trying to hide it?
