Well... found a nokia service center nearby work... so put the phone in to get the FW updated...

they charged me to but a generic one on 17 ... so will be de-vodafone'd when i get it back...

was getting the ringtone problem so hopefully that will be fixed then can have a go at getting tomtom to work!

:tongue:

It's normally free here too.. the only reason i had to pay was to have a 'non' vodafone firmware put on ....

I'm now on version;

3.0546.2.3
18-11-05
RM-84

Can anyone confirm if this is the latest?

Yes, it is the latest one. 😊

I have the last firmware and the ringtone problems was persisting, but I was advised for people from the forum to reduce the log duration (missed calls, received calls, etc) up to 1 day, now my ringtone problem is gone, so I advise you to do the same in order to avoid this problem.

Regards

So, this means that the "mp3 ring bug" hasn't been fixed.
I guess we'll have to wait for V4.0 fw 😡

Has everyone applied the patch that Nokia created to address this problem? It's available from Nokia's website, completely solved the problem for me.
