Nokia n90 / n70 Themes (N Series Only)

nice skins, its cool that the pictograms keep moving, on most of the skins I have they aren't moving anymore like with the standard installed skins.
By pictograms I mean when you lock or unlock the keypad you see an animated line crossing the keypad. Nice themes work that is, I love such details.

that doesnt happen on the ferrari one & the black surfer.
they move(animate) for a few seconds then stop.
ezz can you change it so dat they carry on moving(animated)

is that pictogram thing the biggest difference with themes 2.0 & 1.0?

What is actually the difference between 2.0 and 1.0?

yeah. & the staus icons(battry & signal) & when using the analogue clock on the n70 the date is in the corect positon

Been busy but will upload some new themes soon.

I noticed that if you customise the wait/progress bars they only run once and don't repeat. Another TS 3.0 bug. Will fix these in next updates or find some workaround to make customised ones work properly.

TS 3.0 is so bugged its not funny. You get so many different results unxepectedly and so many items just don't show on phone although appear fine in TS 3 previews. In Nokias release notes they say known issues are mainly just Landscape volume/signal graphics but no volume graphics work at all when customised. This is a big problem as any theme always has blue volume controls which really detracts from the looks. Why they have not updated it or released a patch is beyond me! Seems to me they rushed it out to support n91, n80 (s60 3rd editions) etc without good support for current new models already is use (s60 2nd editions) by many. Hope this is not a sign of things to come. Well thats my winge for the season 😊 Guess we just have to put up with it for now and hope the next version is more stable and supports backward supports the n70 and n90 better.

Better to have at least almost complete themes than none at all 😉

Can i change the font for my N70????????????????????????????????????????

The fonts used in N90 are good Can u send the *.Gdr format font My N70.

The themes created by u is very good .Keep it up man,looking forward for some nice themes.

The font looks good on n90 simply because of the high resolution display (416x352) allowing more pixles and some smoothing it appears. I have seen some information on the n90 font on different forums... try searching here or look over at Symbian Feak and you will find but from what I have read this will not make the font look great on the n70.

I have solved the wait progress bar problem (was a TS 3 bug) but have managed to work around it so the bar in all future themes will continue to animate while waiting.

Also managed to get Third Party icons working in my themes for TS 3 so I will include some in the next update for the high resolution displays.

Black n Silver 1.1 is one of the best themes I have tried ever.
I'm having some problems with the calculator graphics on my N70 though. I really hope this can be fixed in future releases.

Only had my N70 for 15 days & already on my second one. I've downloaded your Black n Silver Theme & it's Fantastic!! I'll back my phone up now so I don't loose it as it's going into the Service Centre for a firmware upgrade from V2 to V5. Keep up the great work. :icon14:

I read your are upgrading to V5, can you give us your opnion about v5 on this thread: http://www.allaboutsymbian.com/forum//forum/thread/45165/

So we now it is really a good thing to upgrade.

No problem it's going in Tuesday so i'll hopefully have it back Wednesday i'll keep you posted. Can anyone recomened any good stuff for my N70 as i'm new to all this.

I have found other bugs than those known, these shots are from a v5 N70
In the first shot: the calculator is strange, it isn't skinned like it is in the shots you provided.
In the second shot you can see the music icon under the To-do item
It the third i highlight it
In the fourth is how the Notes are shown, again strange not like in the ones you made

the cal one ezz knows about & says it cant be fixed(problem with theme studio) also the cal "paper" is supposed to be skinned but another prob with theme studio

the black n silver can be best theme if that problems would be fixed..

theres a theme called "the dark one" around which is pretty good

Does it have moving pictogramms aswell? And do you have a link to the file

its just completely black screens with white text & orginal icoons pictograms etc

OMG! The themes on this forum are unbelieveable! I mean every single one of them was a beautiful usuable theme. I've seen so many themes that are unusuable but not here.

Could you make the black and white one with standard Icons? And also I'm looking for the Series60Skin from firmware 3.xx it's missing in 5.xx, it looks like the one on 7650.

I get that randomly appear on my n70 v5 firmware in the themes folder, i can apply it, but if i go back in the themes folder, default theme is applied and the series60 theme disappears
