Smartmovie Problems!!

hi
i have a nokia 6630 phone.the problem is that Smartmovie is not working properly i.e., whenever i try to increase or decrease the volume in my Smartmovie the video gets hanged on for 3-4 Sec.i hav tried istaliing all the versions from 2.64 to the latest v3.00,but it is still not working.
CAN ANYBODY PLEASE HELP ME!!:con?

I had a weird problem like that once a while back....not sure but it turned out something was wrong with a particular video file i was viewing. You can also try reformatting your memory card....thus totally wiping out everything...
