Turn Radio on and off with Voice commands ??

Hi,
Can anyone advise if you can turn the radio on and off with voice commands. My old Nokia used to do it. I'd press the button on the headset and repeat my pre-recorded "RADIO ON" command and the radio would turn on. This is great because I ride a motor bike and have the headset under my helmet. I didn't have to touch the phone at all. Can the N70 do this also ????
