Help needed adding Java classes

:con? Hi,

I need some guidence on how to include some classes from one SDK into another.

JSR-179 isn't available to the motorola A1k SDK but some nice chap here http://forum.mgmaps.com/viewtopic.php?t=14&sid=ef139fec5879dbb5f10db263d02f9d9e found out that the Java API could be found in the A925 SDK! I downloaded it and YES there it is exactly as described.

Being a Java n00bi I have no idea how to use these APIs into the JavaBean WTK SDK. If I can solve this problem (guys? gals?) then I thought a good experiment would be to recompile FindThePlace from http://per.nitro.dk to work on my A1k. This little app is simple but also uses the henson.midp.float class, which AGAIN I have no idea how to use in the java code.

Any guidence you can give would be g8.

TIA

Sean

Doesn't matter if you use the APIs in the SDK, if they're not available/implemented in the Java environment on the device.
