well basically i have 3 access points - WAP, MMS, WEB
wap - wap browsing
mms - for sending mms
web - for surfing web on my mob
my problem is that the "web" access point is not configured. i just create a new access point n use default settings and i'm able to use it. can someone explian to me how it works? also it's supposed to be 384kbps but the speed is 128 kbps, where the problem lies?
also whats the difference between the "wap and the "mms" because the settings are the same
for im plus and profimail, which of these connections should i use?

U should contact your network operator about WAP, GPRS, MMS, Internet, etc. configurations. Many of them use OTA (Over The Air) configurations which is mean (If I'm not mistaken), u send a registration form (ur SIM serial key, name, etc) via SMS and they will reply back and telling u about the configurations or they will patch it automatically.
Otherwise, get the "SettingWizard" app for Nokia phones:

Browse ur phone model there, download & install the app and it will configure it for u.

and wat about your settings? can u tell me more about them? btw the customer care is absolute nonsense and don't know anything about these settings
When bought SIM card, I got a litle book that tells everything about what services does the SIM will provides, include the GPRS/WAP/MMS/Internet settings (like User Guide book on Nokia phones). Also their official web site. With me I don't need any advise about what setting will use because they already put it on their site. This is my Netwok Operator site:

U should contact ur network operator/friends/search the Internet about the settings.
The customer service (cs) they not nonsense. Maybe u're at the wrong section (division). Telecomunication technology do has many division such as division marketing, network, maintenance, etc...
