I have just bought my n-gage qd, and i think it is great. But i really want to know if firstly you can change the background picture and secondly how.

Find it in Menu > Tools > Settings > Phone > StandBy Mode > Background image if I'm not mistaken.
Menu > Tools > Settings > Device > StandBy Mode > Yes to change wallpaper
