Should I....

1. Uninstall symantec anti-virus
2. Move the current theme into the phones memory

To make the phone faster?

Moving the current theme would help (or not using one). Another likely culprit is a large log size.

What I noticed is when your phone's memory (C:\ drive we'll called it) isn't to full it is good aswell. So a good hint is to keep as much as possible on that MMC.
About that theme. I tried it and didn't notice anything about the speed. In the beginning I thought aswell it would be good to copy my theme to phone's memory but it seems it is the same so I don't copy it anymore. I let everything read from my MMC. I have a Kingston 1GB MMC-Mobile (a RS-MMC dual voltage that is)

Yes, Unnecessary anti-virus or firewall programs will just slow your device down.

Delete the apps and just make a note not to install warez and you'll be fine. Faster now?

Steve

But is your N70 so slow then?

I got a lot of apps and games, themes and ringtones, pictures and videos installed (on the MMC) and it all goes smooth. I mean that its still noticable faster then my 6600
