List of phones and their capabilities

Hi all,
I am looking for a open source project where there is a list (in XML format as I recall) of all phones and their capabilities (screen size, etc). I have been searching for this link, which I stumbled upon a few months back, for a few hours now and I'm just not able to dig it up again.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah it was something like that, but it's an open source project as I recall, where the members of the team constantly update the document with the newest phones. I seem to remember that they were in the process of adding photos of the phones to their database. I work for a phone company, so this could obviously help in a lot of ways when it comes to devices and the services offered for each and every one of them.
