that is exactly how you install it, as per your instructions.

whats your problem...

well i moved it onto my memory card. how does it work? how do you start it up? what file to you click on to start the tom tom software??

If you copy the files on to your memorycard (including the hidden system folder), tomtom will appear in -menu - extra. Just click it and tomtom starts.😊

Forgott to say... I think it should be 5 or 6 folders (don't remeber exactly) + map folder. Copy them to the root of your memorycard.

I copied the files to my 1gb mmc and placed them at the correct place using FExplorer. But what I noticed is that I don't see any shortcut somewhere on the phone, even when I go to the place where you delete software it isn't there. Only in FExplorer I can access system folders and launch TomTom 5.2 in "E:\System\Apps\TTMOBILE\Ttmobile.app"

So I was thinking that it is possible to copy that file to somewhere else on the phone to create a shortcut that comes e.g. in "my own" folder?

Because it works good but always need FExplorer to start it up and that isn't so handy.

i am having a problem i have installed tom tom onto the mem card correctly the tom tom icon is in the my own folder but when i click on it theres no response

can anyone give me some advice on where im going wrong

what is exactly the root of the memory card?

It wont work because it's not a legal copy of the software (or rather it probably is possible to get it to work, but its not going to be simple).
